Who better to promote your service or product than a satisfied customer?

Maybe you want to market a new training course. Or perhaps you have a fantastic product that you want to get out there. The voice of the customer is a highly influential means of attracting new customers and when that’s turned into a story that resonates, it can be very powerful.

I draw on my 30 years of interviewing experience, combined with successfully running and pitching my own freelance business, to produce promotional content, drawn from the voice of your very own customers.

Emma acts as an independent researcher to write our case studies and demonstrates an unbiased return on investment with our clients. The case studies she writes are a major part of our marketing strategy helping us show our credibility with both new and existing clients. Emma really ‘gets under the skin’ of all of our projects and finds the detail and evidence that showcases the work we do exceptionally well.

Ric H. Director

First of all, I work with you to understand your brand or service offering. Then I get straight to work, interviewing your key customers and gathering first-hand feedback, that I weave into an engaging ‘blog style’ promotional piece, that your current and future customers can relate to.

Case studies vary in length to suit your needs and will always include some great quotes and inspiring content. Once written, the finished article will come back to you for approval after which you can post it to your social media feeds and include it in your online marketing campaigns.
